Is Treblocoins legit?

Treblocoins is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but its record is mixed. SweepsGuard grades it C based on player complaints, operator conduct, and redemption reliability. That grade is our independent assessment, not a guarantee — read the site's own sweepstakes rules and check its complaint history before you deposit.

Overview

Behind Treblocoins sits TrebloCoins LTD, which also runs Tiger Coins Casino — a relationship the company states itself, in Treblocoins' own site code, rather than one we had to infer. Both brands run on the same white-label platform. The product is a dual-currency social casino with a large third-party slot library, apps on both the Apple and Google stores, and terms governed by Wyoming law. Several of its settings are genuinely player-friendly: a flat 1x playthrough on allocated Sweeps Coins, a $10,000 daily prize ceiling, and identity checks contracted to a named third-party vendor, with enhanced review above $2,000. Note the same discrepancy we flagged on its sister brand Tiger Coins: the operator's documents name Sumsub, but the site's own live configuration reports idenfy as the active provider, with Sumsub and Veriff listed only as supported options. The check is outsourced either way, which is normal and not a concern; what is untidy is that the published name and the live setup do not match, so treat the documented vendor as indicative rather than definitive. Registration is restricted to players 21 and over — stricter than the usual 18 — and seventeen states are excluded: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. Redemptions go back to the payment method used to buy Gold Coins, are limited to one request per 24 hours, and may be paid in cryptocurrency where the operator offers it. Sweeps Coins are forfeited after 60 days without a login.

Player Reception

Treblocoins has no Trustpilot profile and there is still almost no public discussion of it. That changed in one respect in August 2026, when two players filed complaints with us a day apart, both about redemptions and both describing the same condition attached to getting paid. The homepage carries a live activity ticker showing recent redemptions and a running total paid out in the last 24 hours; we have no way to audit those figures, and they should not be read as independent evidence of anything.

Strengths

• A flat 1x playthrough on allocated Sweeps Coins, stated in the terms rather than left to discretion. That is at the good end of the category, where variable multipliers and open-ended "up to" clauses are the norm.
• Identity verification is contracted to Sumsub and the operator names them openly, states that biometric data is processed by Sumsub rather than held in-house, and cites the specific Texas and Washington biometric statutes it is working to. Very few sites in this category disclose their verification vendor at all.
• The excluded-state list is published, specific and slightly more conservative than most, including West Virginia and Mississippi. Registration is limited to 21 and over.
• The Terms of Service are long, detailed and specific about redemption mechanics — joint accounts, refused payments, mistaken credits and abandoned prizes are all addressed rather than left to discretion.

Major Issues

• Players have been told to make a purchase before they can redeem. Both complaints filed with us in August 2026 describe it, and in one the operator's own live chat put it in writing: the player had to complete a specific purchase before the redemption feature would unlock, and no other package would do. The homepage states NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in Sweepstakes. A site cannot advertise that and then condition a payout on buying something.
• There is no working support email address. Three Treblocoins addresses were tried, including the one the site's own account-creation mail is sent from, and all three bounced as nonexistent mailboxes. The domain accepts mail normally, so this is not a dead company; there is simply no inbox behind it. The only channel that works is the live chat, which is also where the purchase instruction came from, so a player who disputes it has nowhere else to go.
• The Sweeps Policy cannot be opened, and it is the document that matters most. The page returns a server error, both logged out and — confirmed with an account holder — logged in. Their own Terms defer to it twice for exactly the things a player needs: "The current minimum redemption threshold is set forth in the Sweeps Policy", and the free entry methods are available "pursuant to the Sweeps Policy". A mail-in route does genuinely exist — their privacy policy describes the vendor who receives and scans the physical mail — but its coin value, its frequency limit and the mailing address are all unavailable. So is the minimum redemption. We have asked the operator to restore the page.
• The site advertises "Licensed & Secure" without naming a license. That badge sits on the homepage next to the redemption and playthrough claims. No license, regulator or issuing authority appears anywhere in the Terms, the anti-money-laundering policy, the privacy policy or the responsible-play policy — every use of the word "license" in those documents refers to the software or coin usage grant, which is an unrelated thing. We are not saying the claim is false; we are saying nothing in their published material supports it.
• The arbitration opt-out cannot be exercised as written. The clause instructs a player to send written notice "to the U.S. mailing address listed in the How to Contact Us section at the end of these Terms". That section reads, in full: "Address: TrebloCoins Website: www.treblocoins.com". There is no mailing address in it, so the 30-day route out of binding arbitration has no destination.

Minor Issues

• The rebrand from the sister property was not finished. Their own anti-money-laundering policy defines the company as TrebloCoins LTD (the "Firm" or "Zeeker"), live interface strings still greet users as "Tigercoins", and a third company name, Zeeker Cloud LTD, appears in the documents without explanation. None of this harms a player directly, but a person trying to establish who they are contracting with will find three names.

Track Record

The first player reports arrived in August 2026 and neither went well. In both, a redemption was blocked or stalled and the player was told a purchase had to be made before it would go through. In one of them the operator put that in writing through its own live chat. Both players were later paid in full without buying anything, one on August 27 and one on September 2, 2026, and we could not put either case to the operator because no Treblocoins support email address works.

The operator's other brand, Tiger Coins Casino, remains undocumented, so the sibling relationship offers no reassurance in either direction.

SweepsGuard Status

The documentation problems here were always the smaller half, and the August 2026 complaints showed what the larger half looks like. A player cannot find out what the minimum redemption is, cannot use the free entry route, and is shown a licensing claim with nothing behind it. On top of that, both players who came to us were told they had to buy something before they could take their own balance out, which is the opposite of what the homepage promises, and there is no working support address at which to ask about it.

Do not fund an account here while that is the position. Anyone already holding a balance should not make a further purchase to try to unlock a redemption, which is what both players were asked to do.

Update (Aug 27, 2026): one of the two players was paid his full balance, about $500, five days after he filed and without buying anything further. That is worth knowing, and it does not change the advice above. He was still shown a purchase before the site would let him submit the request, the other player is still holding the operator's written instruction to buy one specific package, and there is still no working address at which to ask either question.

Update (Sep 2, 2026): the second player has now been paid as well. He reports that the purchase wall in the redemption flow is gone: he submitted a new $100 request on September 2 and it was paid within the hour, with no package bought. Both cases stay closed on the practice each player was shown at the time. What has changed is that the operator appears to have dropped the condition. What had not changed as of August 31 is that no Treblocoins support address accepted mail, so a player with a question still has only the live chat.
