Treblocoins grades C on SweepsGuard. The site is real, it is running, and it does pay: both players who came to us were eventually paid in full. But each complaints we hold describes the same thing on the way to getting paid, a redemption that would not go through until the player made a purchase, on a site whose homepage says no purchase is necessary to take part. There is also no working support email address, so a player who disagrees has no way to escalate beyond the live chat that gave the instruction.
Players told us so in August 2026, and in one case the operator put it in writing. Their live chat told a player he had to complete a specific purchase before the redemption feature would unlock, and that no other package would do. A second player’s transaction screen shows a purchase three minutes before his redemption attempt. Treblocoins’ own homepage carries the line NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in Sweepstakes, so their site and their support desk said opposite things. In early September 2026 one of those players reported the purchase step had gone and his redemption paid within the hour. If you are asked to buy something to release a balance you already hold, do not do it, and file a complaint with SweepsGuard instead.
As of August 2026 there is no working email route. We tried three Treblocoins addresses, including the one their own account-creation mail is sent from, and all three bounced back as nonexistent mailboxes. The domain accepts mail normally, so the company is there; the support inbox is not. The live chat on the site is the only channel that functions, and it is the same channel that told a player to buy a package before redeeming.
Take a screenshot of the transaction line showing the request, its status and its reference, and a screenshot of any chat where support explains the cancellation. Those two things are what makes a case. Do not make a further purchase to try to unlock the redemption, however it is framed to you. Both players who came to us were eventually paid in full without buying anything more, one five days after filing and the other after his case had closed, once the purchase step was gone.
