ThrillCoins still carries a broadly positive Trustpilot standing on the strength of earlier reviews, but that public rating has diverged sharply from the recent complaint pattern SweepsGuard is seeing directly. Public responsiveness to negative reviews is inconsistent.
Three earlier disputes (a delayed redemption, a verification hold, and a repeatedly pending balance) were each resolved in the player's favor after SweepsGuard escalation. A higher-value case filed in September is still open, and a second September case closed for the operator.
Approach with caution. ThrillCoins earned goodwill earlier in 2026 by paying out on mediated cases, but a July cluster of stalled and canceled redemptions — including an account self-excluded mid-cashout — outweighs that for now. The grade reflects the current reliability of getting paid, not the size of the game library; consistent, on-time redemptions and continued engagement on open cases would be needed to recover. Two July cases resolved in the player's favor after mediation — #120 (an Arizona player's $400 redemption) and #119 (a Nebraska player's $1,700 redemption, released after an account review) — positive signs, though two higher-value cases from the same period closed with no reply from the operator, and that is the concern.

Additional unresolved SweepsGuard cases: Case #108 (a player from Virginia, $300) and Case #109 (a player from Florida, $100) each closed Unresolved — No Operator Response in July 2026 after ThrillCoins did not reply to mediation within our window, with both players reporting redemptions canceled despite completed KYC. These add to the July cluster of stalled redemptions.
Case #364 (a player from Colorado, $270) closed Resolved — No Violation Found in September 2026. The account was blocked for multiple accounts before the balance could be redeemed, and the player confirmed to us that he does hold a second, older ThrillCoins account. One account per person is a standard term and ThrillCoins was entitled to enforce it. The balance came from free spins, so no purchase money was at stake and nothing of the player's own was lost.
One observation belongs on the record alongside that ruling. The block landed after a redemption had been requested, and after support had told the player to try smaller amounts. That is the same sequence as Case #119 in July, where duplicate accounts were flagged after a redemption had already been approved. If a duplicate account is grounds to close, it is better caught at sign-up than after someone wins.
