A second complaint, Case #61, involved a Wisconsin player whose $100.71 redemption went unpaid for over a month; Sweep Las Vegas did not respond to mediation, and the case was closed as Unresolved — No Response. A third complaint, Case #77, involved an Indiana player whose $100 redemption went unhonored after the account was restricted and support cut off contact; the operator again did not respond within the mediation window, and the case was closed as Unresolved — No Response. A fourth complaint, Case #103, involved a Wisconsin player whose $100.05 redemption went unpaid while support deferred to a "finance team"; Sweep Las Vegas again did not respond within the mediation window, and the case was closed as Unresolved — No Response.
We strongly recommend avoiding this casino. We have firsthand experience with delayed payments despite promises of faster processing. The formal complaint reinforces the documented pattern of payment delays, questionable account suspensions, and poor customer service. We strongly recommend players avoid this casino until substantial improvements are demonstrated.

Complaint #150 (July 2026): A player from Missouri reported $1,700 in redemptions unpaid despite emailing Sweep Las Vegas repeatedly. Our mediation outreach drew no response of any kind within the five-business-day window, and the case closed Unresolved — No Response.
