Update (Jul 17, 2026) — Case #134. Spinszy's first formal SweepsGuard case — a $230 balance behind an unexplained account ban — closed Unresolved after only an automated acknowledgment.
Update (Aug 17, 2026) — Case #257. A Kentucky player's account was suspended with a balance locked inside it, on the same day as her accounts at two sibling brands under the same operator. We raised it on August 10. Spinszy reviewed the account, reinstated it on August 13 and paid the redemption in full at $184.27, which the player has confirmed. This is a materially better showing than Case #134 and it is worth saying plainly: of the three sibling brands we approached together, Spinszy was the only one that engaged at all. The other two let their windows expire without a human reply. The grade is unchanged, because it rests on the purchase mechanics shared across the operator group rather than on complaint handling, but the responsiveness here is on the record.
