Grade: F
No — SweepsGuard lists Spin4America as blacklisted and does not recommend playing there. SweepsGuard grades it F based on player complaints, operator conduct, and redemption reliability. That grade is our independent assessment, not a guarantee — read the site's own sweepstakes rules and check its complaint history before you deposit.
Spin4America is a sweepstakes casino operated by National Sweepstakes Group LLC, a Wyoming-registered company headquartered at 1603 Capitol Ave, Suite 310, Cheyenne, WY 82001. The site is co-owned with AppGreat EU SRL, a Romanian software company. Spin4America launched in early 2026 and is the third sweepstakes platform from this operator, following Spins America (launched December 2024) and Grand Vault Casino (launched Q3 2025). Spins America is currently blacklisted by SweepsGuard for systematic redemption stonewalling, retroactive account blacklisting, and unresponsive support.
Spin4America is too new to have its own Trustpilot page or independent review presence. However, its parent operator's track record at Spins America paints a deeply concerning picture. Spins America holds a low Trustpilot standing. The overwhelming majority of complaints describe declined redemptions, unexplained account blacklisting after winning, retroactively applied playthrough requirements, and support that is either unresponsive or actively unhelpful. Multiple players report being allowed to purchase and play freely, only to be blocked from redeeming winnings. These are not isolated incidents — they represent a consistent pattern of conduct.
National Sweepstakes Group LLC has now launched three sweepstakes platforms in rapid succession. Spins America, the flagship, has accumulated a substantial body of player complaints documenting a pattern of allowing purchases and play while systematically obstructing redemptions. Grand Vault Casino launched in Q3 2025 as the operator's second site. Spin4America represents the third brand from the same operator. The speed of new brand launches, combined with the unresolved complaint patterns at the original site, suggests a strategy of cycling through brands rather than addressing the underlying conduct.
Update (Jul 27, 2026). Case #175 — approximately $1,761 in withheld redemptions from a Massachusetts player — closed unresolved. Spin4America did not acknowledge our mediation request in any form within the five-business-day window. The operator's first direct test with us produced exactly the silence its sister site is blacklisted for.
We strongly recommend avoiding this casino. This grade is inherited directly from the operator's documented track record at Spins America, which demonstrates a consistent pattern of predatory redemption practices. The same LLC, same registered address, and same business partnership (with AppGreat EU SRL) operate both sites. Players should exercise extreme caution. SweepsGuard strongly advises against playing at any National Sweepstakes Group LLC property until the operator demonstrates meaningful and sustained improvement in honoring player redemptions.
Update (August 2026): Case #228 (a player from Missouri, $2,863.97) closed Unresolved — No Response. The player submitted two redemption requests using two different methods, a card and a prepaid card, and both were declined with no explanation given to him. We asked Spin4America to identify whether the declines originated with the operator or with the payment processor, and which method would work on the account — the distinction that would tell the player whether the problem was even his to fix. No reply arrived within the five-business-day window. This is the second published case against Spin4America and the second to close in operator silence.
