RichSweeps is a dual-currency sweepstakes casino. Its published Terms of Use name Betsperts, Inc., a company registered in Chicago, Illinois, as the owner of the site. SweepsGuard previously recorded RichSweeps under a different operator group; that attribution was corrected on August 10, 2026.
Public sentiment is among the more positive we track, with a strong Trustpilot standing built on a large review base and an operator that replies to most negative reviews. RichSweeps answered an earlier four-figure redemption complaint, and that case closed unpublished when the player stopped responding. A $500 redemption complaint filed in September 2026 closed in the player's favor in October, with the money paid.
Reviews have been stable and broadly favorable over an extended period. Our own case record with RichSweeps is thin. Its first published case, Case #425, is set out below.
Under re-examination. The current grade was set in July 2026 as part of an operator-level action applied across a group of brands we then understood RichSweeps to belong to. With the ownership on file corrected, that basis no longer stands on its own, and the grade is being re-reviewed against this site's own record rather than a group's. That is a reassessment, not a finding against the site.
Update (Oct 5, 2026): Case #425, a $500 redemption paid. A Missouri player's $500 redemption sat pending for about a week while support suggested he play the winnings instead. RichSweeps answered us the same day we wrote on September 28, said the request was in compliance review, and that redemptions above 600 SC can take up to 10 business days. The player's bank declined the first transfer, RichSweeps sent it again, and on October 4 he confirmed the money had reached his bank. Closed in his favor.
