1 published complaint: 1 resolved for the player.
RichSweeps grades D on SweepsGuard. The grade is being re-reviewed against the site's own record after an ownership correction. Its first published complaint, Case #425, ended with the player paid.
In Case #425, yes. A $500 redemption sat in compliance review for about a week, RichSweeps answered us the same day we wrote, and the money reached the player after his bank declined the first transfer and it was sent again.
