Update (August 2026): Case #271 (a player from Oregon, $6.82) closed Unresolved — No Response, and it is the first mediation case filed against MyBets US. The player won a small amount from free spins and reported that the winnings were not paid. We asked what condition attached to free-spin winnings, where that condition was published, and whether the balance was payable or had been voided. No reply arrived within the five-business-day window. The amount is trivial and the question is not: whatever term was relied on applies to every player who takes that promotion, not only to the one who won. This bears directly on the open question in the assessment above — whether the site reliably pays — and the first test available to us went unanswered.
