Update (Sep 18, 2026) — the $25 cap, confirmed by MrGoodwin's own support team. Until now the winning cap described above rested on player reviews. It is now on the record from the operator. A Florida player opened a case with us over $75 voided from a $100 redemption and supplied the full support chat. MrGoodwin's agent states that her account carried a 25.00 winning cap, that winnings above it were voided, and that the 75.00 would not be added back.
Four details in that chat go further than the reviews ever established. The cap applies only to balance accumulated from free Sweep Coins, not to coins the player purchased. It re-applies each time the free balance reaches 25.00, so it is a repeating ceiling rather than a one-off. The agent said it can be lifted by sending MrGoodwin an AMOE letter, which makes the mail-in route both the thing that triggers the cap and the thing that removes it. And the agent said the redemption limit is 100.00 but that the financial team lowers it from time to time, with no stated notice to players.
Two smaller points, both relevant to anyone trying to hold the site to its own terms. The agent cited Rule 7 of the Award Rules, and a player has since sent screenshots of the page that support link opens.
