The problem is the $25 winning cap in Section 7 of its Award Rules, which applies to any balance built from free Sweeps Coins, including the sign-up bonus. The site still sets a $100 minimum redemption, so players usually find out about the cap only after asking for more than it will pay.

MrGoodwin's own support agent told a player in writing that her account carried a 25.00 cap on free-coin balance, that winnings above it were voided, and that the voided amount would not be added back. The same agent said the cap can be lifted by sending an AMOE letter. Screenshot the chat before you close it, since the site told that player there is no option to get a copy.
