Lucky Slots (luckyslots.us) has been running since May 2025 and is operated by Sweet Innovation LLC, a Wyoming company that also runs Joya. In early October 2026 the site moved to a new platform, and new Sweeps Rules (version 3.0) and Terms (version 2.0) came with it. It uses the usual Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins setup, and each Sweeps Coin redeems for a dollar. Cash redemptions start at 100 coins. Coins need one play before they count, and the rules let the operator raise that to as many as 20 plays. Only one redemption is processed per day, and cash can take up to 10 business days. Redemptions go to Venmo, PayPal, a Visa or Mastercard debit card, or a bank account, and the cashier labels Venmo and PayPal as instant. Before the first one, the site asks for the last four digits of your Social Security number. The mail-in route pays 2.5 Sweeps Coins per request card, and the code you need generates from your account page. The lobby is mostly slots, from studios including Hacksaw Gaming, Playson, Booming Games, BGaming, Kalamba and 3 Oaks. The rules exclude California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia.
Trustpilot sentiment leans positive but is split, with a large share of one-star reviews. The good reviews talk about quick payouts and support agents who fixed problems. The bad ones keep coming back to accounts locked or restricted after a win, with redemptions canceled and no reason given, from August into October 2026. In October several players said redemptions that were pending during the platform move got canceled. Most who resubmitted were paid, one within minutes of posting a review. Lucky Slots has claimed its profile, but as of October 2026 none of its 20 most recent reviews had a reply.
Lucky Slots had a good first few months, with players reporting quick payouts. From mid-2025 the reviews turned toward locked accounts and slower redemptions, and that hasn't let up. In October 2026 the site moved to a new platform. Sweet Innovation's only other brand, Joya, opened in July 2026, so there's little history beyond this site to judge the operator by.
Players are getting paid here, but too many say their account was locked the moment they won, and as of October 2026 Lucky Slots had not answered either case we sent it. A player in Alabama had her account closed with $13,000 in it. She and her husband each had an account, and support had already told him that spouses may hold separate accounts as long as each uses their own cards. She says that's what they did. We asked Lucky Slots what the closure was for and got no reply. A Wisconsin player's $103 redemption went the same way. The platform move explains some of the recent canceled redemptions, and most players who resubmitted were paid. If you play here, verify early, keep records of every purchase and redemption, and don't leave a large balance sitting in the account.
