We cannot tell you, and that is the finding. A player in Alabama had her account closed with $13,000 in it. She and her husband each held an account, and Lucky Slots support had written to him saying that spouses may hold separate accounts as long as each person uses their own payment cards. SweepsGuard asked Lucky Slots which term the closure was made under, what happens to the balance, and how that sits with their own support email. Nothing came back. If your account is closed with funds in it, screenshot the balance, save every support message including anything that sets out the rule you are said to have broken, and keep the dates.
