Overview

Joya (joya.us) is the second sweepstakes brand from Sweet Innovation LLC, the Wyoming operator (registered in Afton) behind the more-established Lucky Slots. It went live in early July 2026 and, like its sibling, runs the familiar dual-currency model — Gold Coins for standard play and Sweeps Coins (SC) that can be redeemed for prizes once a balance clears the minimum. The lobby launches with a large library of slots from well-known studios including Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Playson, Kalamba, Booming Games and GamingCorps, alongside live-dealer tables, daily races, quests and a scratchcard. Play is open to U.S. residents outside the site's excluded states (listed below); Canadian players are not accepted.

Player Reception

There is essentially no independent player feedback yet. Joya has no Trustpilot profile of its own, no aggregator review pages and no meaningful community discussion — unsurprising for a site only a few weeks old. (One caution: reviews found online for the similarly named "joya.casino" refer to a separate offshore crypto casino and do not apply to this sweepstakes site.) Until real redemption reports accumulate, there is no direct basis to judge how reliably Joya pays.

Current Highlights

• Operator pedigree. Joya shares its operator, Sweet Innovation LLC, with Lucky Slots — an established sibling that has built a reasonable reputation. A known operator standing behind a brand-new launch is a real reassurance that most first-time sweeps sites don't have.
• Strong game library. On paper the site opens with a broad, modern slot catalog from reputable providers plus live-dealer tables, daily races, quests and a scratchcard — a fuller offering than many new entrants.
• Free-entry routes exist. Beyond the mail-in option, the site advertises SC from registration, a daily bonus, a welcome-email reply, refer-a-friend (20 SC) and social-media giveaways, so there are no-purchase ways to build a balance.

Areas to Watch

• High redemption minimum. Sweeps Coins can only be redeemed once a balance reaches $100 — roughly double the ~$50 that is typical, and a meaningful hurdle, especially for players relying on free entries. Redemption methods and real payout speeds are not yet independently confirmed.
• Unproven payouts. As a brand-new site, Joya has no verified history of paying redemptions. The sibling relationship is encouraging but is not a substitute for its own track record.
• Low-value mail-in. The postal route credits only 2.5 SC per envelope — below the ~3 SC that makes a mail-in worth the postage and effort. Postal request codes expire 60 days after they are displayed, and entries must be posted from the state matching the player's account address.
• Broad operator discretion. Standard for the category, but the rules reserve wide discretion over winnings, playthrough (which the operator may set as high as 20x), and account closures, alongside mandatory arbitration and a class-action waiver. New players should verify their account early and keep records of purchases and redemptions.
• Delaware not restricted. Joya's excluded-states list omits Delaware, a state most sweeps operators block. It restricts California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia — but Delaware players should be aware their eligibility may be less settled than the site implies.

Track Record

None of its own to speak of yet. The operating entity, Sweet Innovation LLC, has one prior brand (Lucky Slots) that has earned a reasonable reputation, and that is the main basis for cautious optimism here. Joya itself has no documented redemption history, complaint record or independent audit at this early stage.
