Joya grades C on SweepsGuard. It is run by Sweet Innovation LLC, the same Wyoming operator behind Lucky Slots, and it does pay: one player told us a redemption reached him in under 12 hours by debit, and the player who filed our one complaint was paid $2,500 within hours of asking. The problem is what happens when a payment fails. His second request, for $5,000, was rejected at the processor and never went through, and Joya did not answer us about it.
For ordinary amounts, yes, and fast. Both reports we hold describe quick verification and quick payment. The gap is at the top end. Joya caps a single redemption request at $5,000, so a larger win has to be split, and we have one case where the first half was paid and the second half was declined by the processor and left there. If your redemption fails, screenshot the transaction line with its status and reference straight away, because that is the record that survives.
Not so far. We wrote to their published support address on August 20, 2026 about a $5,000 redemption, and again on August 21 with a correction, and gave them five business days. Neither email got a reply, and nothing came back from any other address at the site. That is the reason the case on file closed unresolved rather than on any finding about the money itself.
Do not resubmit blindly. Screenshot the failed transaction with its status, amount and reference, and the successful one if you have had a redemption go through before, because a payment that worked on the same account is the single strongest thing you can show. Ask support in writing whether the decline came from them or from the processor, and keep the reply. Then file with SweepsGuard, free, and we will put it to the operator. Joya's redemption minimum is 100 Sweeps Coins and a single request is capped at $5,000.
