Update (September 22, 2026) A player complaint against Cluck US closed in the player's favor this month. A Massachusetts player asked for a $116 redemption on September 12 and heard nothing for ten days. We put the case to Cluck US on September 19 and the money was paid on September 22, confirmed by the player himself. Cluck US answered us the same day. They would not discuss the account with a third party, which is their right, but they confirmed the matter had been investigated and resolved once it reached them, and told us the player's original ticket had been caught by a filter rather than reaching the support team. That is worth knowing if you play here. A request can be dropped without anyone being told, so anything that goes quiet for more than a few days is worth sending again.
