Grade: D
Cashoomo is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but its record is poor enough that we would not call it a safe pick. SweepsGuard grades it D based on player complaints, operator conduct, and redemption reliability. That grade is our independent assessment, not a guarantee — read the site's own sweepstakes rules and check its complaint history before you deposit.
Launched in January 2024, Cashoomo is operated by Green Candy Solutions Inc., a US-based company based in North Miami, Florida. The platform runs on a sweepstakes model using Gold Coins for free play and Sweeps Coins redeemable for cash at a 1:1 ratio. Cashoomo offers 500+ casino-style games including slots, 43 RNG table games, and a live dealer lounge with 73 titles sourced from ICONIC21 and Vivo Gaming. The platform is available in the majority of states and Canada, with purchases supported via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Redemptions are processed exclusively via ACH bank transfer.
Cashoomo holds a well-regarded Trustpilot score across a very high volume of reviews. However, the review pool requires careful reading: the large majority of five-star reviews are solicited (marked "Invited"), while the most critical reviews — particularly those detailing redemption problems — are predominantly organic and unprompted. When filtered for redemption-specific feedback, the pattern is consistent and concerning: players across a wide range of balances report multi-week delays, limited communication from support beyond templated responses citing "high volume," and a withdrawal structure that makes large balances extraordinarily slow to access. The $200-per-day cap combined with a one-pending-request-at-a-time policy means a player with a $2,000 balance is looking at a minimum of 10 separate transactions — each potentially delayed by days or weeks — to fully cash out. SweepsGuard has also received a complaint reflecting this exact pattern, with a player holding over $6,000 waiting more than six weeks on a single $200 request.
Cashoomo has been operating for just over a year and has not been flagged for outright fraud or systematic non-payment. The platform does respond to Trustpilot reviews — including negative ones — and has meaningfully expanded its content library since launch. These are positive signals. However, the redemption delay pattern is no longer an edge case or an artifact of early growing pains — it is well-documented across organic reviews, community reports, and now a formal SweepsGuard complaint spanning six weeks without resolution. For casual players making small, infrequent redemptions, Cashoomo may function adequately. For players who accumulate meaningful balances, the combination of per-day caps, single-request queuing, and slow processing creates a withdrawal experience that falls well below what responsible sweepstakes operators deliver. Independently, operator Green Candy Solutions Inc. carries an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, with 24 complaints on file, none of which the company has answered, mirroring the same non-responsiveness SweepsGuard has documented in its own cases.
SweepsGuard has received five formal complaints against Cashoomo, all involving unpaid or stalled withdrawals. One involved a player whose $200 redemption remained unfulfilled after six weeks — Cashoomo sent only an automated acknowledgment and did not respond to mediation. Another involved a player reporting ongoing redemption delays with repeated "queue is full" responses — Cashoomo again provided only an automated acknowledgment with no substantive follow-up. The third (Case #92) involved a Maryland player owed $1,400 caught in a verification loop — repeatedly told the account could not be verified and sent a verification link that did not match their account, with only an automated acknowledgment in reply. All three of these cases were closed as Unresolved — No Response.
This is a middle-of-the-road option — reasonable, but go in aware of the trade-offs. The platform's game library and engagement features remain genuine strengths, but a repeated pattern of unresolved complaints combined with well-documented systemic redemption delays, a punitive $200/day withdrawal cap, and a refusal to engage with independent mediation has moved Cashoomo below the threshold for a recommended grade. Players should be aware of the withdrawal structure and set realistic expectations around redemption timelines. Completing verification early is strongly advised. Should Cashoomo demonstrate improved responsiveness to mediation and address the redemption bottleneck, a grade upgrade is achievable.
Additional SweepsGuard cases: Case #30 (a player from North Carolina, $200 redemption) and Case #54 (a player from Texas, redemptions capped at $200 per transaction on a ~$550 balance) both closed Unresolved — No Response; Cashoomo returned only automated acknowledgments within the window.
Update (Aug 30, 2026) — Case #315. A Minnesota player's $300 redemption closed Unresolved — No Response. Cashoomo asked her to verify two payment cards she had closed in 2025 rather than the card she had just used for her purchases, and required current-month bank statements for those closed accounts. She supplied older statements covering her earlier Cashoomo transactions plus proof that both cards were closed, and was refused. A partial refund to one of the closed cards was started after she raised arbitration, then abandoned part-way through. She also reported more than forty attempted charges against her stored card details, all but one declined because her cards were locked. We put all of it to Cashoomo on August 22 with a deadline of August 29. An automated ticket acknowledgment arrived within a minute and no person replied.
