Cashoomo is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but its record is poor enough that we would not call it a safe pick. Cashoomo launched in January 2024 and is run by Green Candy Solutions Inc., a Delaware company with an office in North Miami, Florida. It uses the usual two-coin setup: Gold Coins for free play, and Super Coins (Cashoomo's name for Sweeps Coins) that can be redeemed 1:1 for cash. The lobby carries thousands of games from 34 studios, including Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Playson, Spinomenal and Novomatic, plus a live casino section with Iconic 21 tables. It's open in most US states and in Canada. Purchases go through Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and redemptions are paid by ACH bank transfer. Super Coins need one playthrough by default and expire 60 days after you get them. The mail-in route pays 1 Super Coin per request, and you have to email Cashoomo for a request code before you mail one. Green Candy Solutions also runs Cashoomo Roll (cashoomoroll.com), a separate site on the same accounts. Roll only lets players in Louisiana play, even though its own rules list Louisiana as an excluded state.
Cashoomo has a good Trustpilot rating on a large review base. The detailed negative reviews tell a different story, and most of them are about redemptions: waits of several weeks, support replies that only cite "high volume", and no timeline. The cashout rules make this worse for anyone with a real balance. Our recent cases show a $100 daily cap with only one pending request allowed at a time, so a $2,000 balance takes at least 20 separate requests, each of which can sit for days or weeks. One complaint we received came from a player holding over $6,000 who waited more than six weeks on a single $200 request.
Cashoomo has been running since January 2024 and does pay some players, sometimes very late. In Case #54 a Texas player got $100 of a balance of about $550 months after his case closed, and Cashoomo never contacted us at any point. The Better Business Bureau gives Green Candy Solutions Inc. its lowest rating, with 24 complaints on file and none answered. That matches what we see.
Every complaint we've taken on Cashoomo is about a stalled or unpaid redemption, and as of October 2026 Cashoomo had not answered any of them beyond an automated acknowledgment.
The games hold up well, but the cashier is slow and Cashoomo won't engage with mediation. If you play here, verify your account early, keep purchases small, and assume the daily cap, not your balance, decides how long a cashout takes. We'll look again if Cashoomo starts answering cases and clears its redemption backlog.
