Our published complaint count is 6, covering redemptions left unpaid for weeks, a $1,400 balance stuck in a verification loop, and a case where the site asked for current-month bank statements from two cards the player had closed a year earlier. Cashoomo answered none of them with anything but an automated acknowledgment. One case was later reopened when the player told us he had been paid part of what he was owed, four months on and with no contact from the operator at any stage. Treat with caution and document everything.
