The lobby is slots, more than 1,000 of them by the site's count, with a sitewide jackpot on Gold Coin play. Independent reviewers report gift card redemptions from 10 SC, bank transfers from 75 SC, and a single playthrough, but we couldn't find the sweepstakes rules on the public site to confirm those. The terms exclude 18 states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. Verification is required before you redeem.

Player Reception

Trustpilot sentiment is strong and the review count is large. Players mostly praise the games, quick cashouts and support. Ace replies to every negative review we looked at, usually within a day.

The one-star reviews have a few repeat themes. Several players say mail-in entries were never credited, one after sending about $1,050 worth of envelopes between March and April 2026, another after 18 months. Others describe verification getting stuck before a redemption, and one says the account was blocked after a larger cashout and never reopened.

Minor Issues

Mail-in entries not crediting. More than one player now says envelopes sent months ago were never credited. If you use the mail-in route, keep a record of every envelope.
Case #377: a Wisconsin player's $1,000 redemption was held after Ace flagged two bank disputes he says his bank filed against the wrong platform by mistake. Ace answered our emails within hours both times but, citing player privacy, wouldn't say what the hold was for or when it would end, and the case closed unresolved.
The sweepstakes rules sit behind a login, and support wouldn't answer our questions about them without an account, so the redemption minimums and mail-in terms can't be checked before you sign up.

Track Record

Ace has been live in the US for a little over a year. The payout record from players is mostly good, and the operator is unusually visible, answering reviews fast. Case #377 is the first complaint we've received, and it closed unresolved.
