Suggest a casino, or tell us a grade looks wrong

We try to keep up with a market that adds new sites almost weekly — but we don't catch everything, and we'd rather hear it from you than miss it. If you're playing somewhere we haven't reviewed, or a grade on this site doesn't match what you're actually experiencing, tell us.

How do I get a sweepstakes casino added to SweepsGuard?

Send us the site name and URL through Discord or email at help@sweepsguard.com. There's no form to fill in and no cost. We add sites regularly based on what players tell us they're playing, and a request from a real player moves a site up the queue faster than anything else.

A casino's grade looks out of date. Can I ask you to re-check it?

Yes, and we'd like you to. Grades reflect what we knew when we last reviewed, and operators change — payment processors, terms, ownership, redemption speed. If your experience doesn't match the grade on the page, tell us what happened and we'll take another look.

Why isn't the site I play at listed?

Usually it's simply new, or small enough that it hasn't surfaced in player reports yet. Sometimes it's a site we've deliberately left off because it doesn't meet the bar for a US sweepstakes casino — for example, an offshore real-money site with no Sweeps Coins model. Either way, ask us and we'll tell you which it is.

Do operators pay to be listed or graded on SweepsGuard?

No. Grades are editorial and are never for sale. We do run affiliate links on the directory side, and that is disclosed — but it is kept entirely separate from grading. An operator cannot buy a grade, buy a listing, or pay to have a complaint removed.

What if I have a dispute at a site that isn't listed?

File it anyway. We reach out to unlisted operators as a courtesy and we do sometimes get results. Be aware that our leverage is weaker with a site that has no public profile to protect, and that unlisted sites carry more risk generally — but it costs you nothing to let us try.
