The Process
1. Submit Your Complaint – Fill out our complaint form with details about your issue. We’ll review it within 48 hours.
2. Investigation – We analyze your case, review documentation, and verify the facts. We look at both sides fairly.
3. Casino Contact – We reach out to the casino with your complaint and request their response.
4. Documentation – Regardless of outcome, we document the complaint publicly.
5. Resolution (When Possible) – If the casino cooperates, we work toward resolution. If not, we document their non-response and provide alternative options.
