2 published complaints: 1 resolved for the player, 1 unresolved (1 operator declined to engage).
Redemptions do complete, and we have verified that directly rather than taking it from reviews. Of the 2 published records SweepsGuard holds, 1 ended with the player paid. The dispute that has come up since is not about money failing to arrive at all, but about how much of a balance survives a redemption request.
Bonus coins being forfeited when a redemption is requested, without the player being able to find where that is disclosed in the published terms, and game rounds that glitch mid-play. Players also describe a waiting period of roughly three days between redemptions that does not appear in the written rules. The pattern across these is the same: a restriction that players learn by running into it rather than by reading it.
Very fast, but not always usefully. On the most recent case the operator replied twenty-four minutes after we wrote, which is quicker than almost any operator we deal with. The reply asserted the matter was already resolved with the player and did not address any of the specific questions we asked, and nothing further came back. The player told us afterwards that only part of it had in fact been resolved. Speed of reply is recorded in the operator's favor; it is not the same as answering.
The same way as any operator. We contact them with the player's account details, they get five business days to respond, and we publish the outcome either way. Filing is free and does not stop a player pursuing anything else.
