Yes — Zoot is a legitimate sweepstakes casino with a solid record. SweepsGuard grades it B based on player complaints, operator conduct, and redemption reliability. Zoot started out arcade-first, with its own Crash, Plinko, Mines, Dice and Tower games, and has since added slots and table games. It's run by Enigma Lake Holdings, Inc. of New York. Co-founder Sean Ryan previously co-founded OpenWager, the company behind LuckyLand Slots, which VGW bought in 2017. Visitors can try games before signing up. Sweep Coins need one play on a game priced at -300 or longer before they count toward a redemption, and table games carry their own playthrough, typically five times. The cashier sets the minimum redemption at 100 SC, even though the rules also word it as 50 coins. Payouts go to a debit card, a bank account (instant or standard ACH), Skrill or Paysafe. Zoot can cap redemptions at $1,000 a week and allows up to 30 days to pay. Verification covers ID, a face scan, proof of address and your SSN. The mail-in route pays 2 coins per letter, up to 10 letters a week. Coins expire after 30 days without a login. The rules exclude 12 states: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington.
Trustpilot sentiment is good, though it has slipped and there's a noticeable share of one-star reviews. The positive side is mostly about fast redemptions and the original games. On the negative side, reviews from the past year describe withdrawals that failed or never showed up, accounts closed with a balance still in them, and bets the site kept after a game rejected them. We haven't been able to confirm any of those, and no player has brought one to us. Zoot doesn't reply to negative reviews on Trustpilot.
Zoot has been live since July 2024. Its payout record is the main reason players stay, and our own redemption there was paid on time. We have no complaints on file. The gap is on the public side: with no replies on Trustpilot, the complaints that do show up there sit unanswered.
Zoot pays, and the people behind it have done this before. Read the redemption terms before you buy, since the minimum wording is confusing and table games play through five times.
