Yotta is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but its record is poor enough that we would not call it a safe pick. Yotta Technologies Inc., of 2261 Market Street #4313, San Francisco, began as a prize-linked savings app and now runs a sweepstakes casino using Tokens for free play and YottaCash (YC), redeemable at 1 YC = $1. The lobby covers slots from studios including Playson, Hacksaw and BGaming, table games, and Yotta Originals such as Plinko, Mines and Moonshot, alongside the nightly YottaBall drawing that players enter with YottaCash. The Sweepstakes Rules exclude New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Idaho, Washington, Tennessee, Louisiana, Michigan, Maine, Indiana, West Virginia, Montana, Utah, Mississippi and Nevada; players must be 18 or older. The redemption minimum is 100 YottaCash. YottaCash expires 30 days after a player's last login, shorter than most competitors allow, and an inactive account forfeits unclaimed winnings as well.
Yotta's Trustpilot score is poor. The all-time review count is dominated by older five-star ratings, but the score reflects a heavily negative run of recent reviews. The dominant complaint is account lockouts at the moment of redemption: players win, complete identity verification, then find the account locked when they link a bank or cash out, with support slow or absent. Positive reviews tend to come from players who have not yet attempted a significant redemption.
Yotta moved from its savings-app origins into sweepstakes casino play, and its support has not kept pace with casino disputes. Its poor Trustpilot score on a large review base and three unanswered SweepsGuard cases point the same way: a redemption and verification process that locks accounts and an operator that does not explain why.
This is not a casino we currently recommend. SweepsGuard has published three complaints about Yotta, all closed Unresolved, No Response. In Case #247, a Texas player reported roughly $563 removed from his account on May 20, 2026 under an "Account Suspended" notice, about a month after his identity verification had completed; we contacted Yotta on July 31 and heard nothing before the August 7 deadline. In Case #320, a Florida player had five redemptions paid by Yotta without incident before two pending redemptions were canceled at once and the account locked, described to him as temporary, with $44,382.10 on it; we asked Yotta on August 22 what the restriction rested on, what he needed to supply and whether the balance survived, and the August 29 deadline passed with no reply. In Case #335, an Iowa player had roughly $15,000 on the account when two pending redemptions were canceled at once and the account was restricted behind a verification request that did not say what was needed; we added it to the same thread on August 25 and the September 1 deadline passed with nothing back. There was no bounce, and the operator's mail domain is healthy, so the messages were delivered. The features are distinctive, but until Yotta shows it can clear a restricted account and answer for it, keep your YottaCash balance small, verify and test a small redemption early, log in regularly so nothing expires, and document every support contact. Players with funds held after a lockout are encouraged to file a complaint with SweepsGuard.
