Yayz Complaints & Payout Disputes

4 published complaints: 1 resolved for the player, 2 unresolved (2 no response), 1 no violation found.

Is Yayz legit?

Yayz operates as a sweepstakes casino and grades D on SweepsGuard. Across 4 published complaints, 1 ended in the player's favor after mediation, 1 closed with no violation found, and 2 closed unresolved after Yayz did not respond at all.

Does Yayz pay out?

Yayz has paid out — a $700 redemption that was initially withheld was paid in full following SweepsGuard mediation. More recently, redemptions have been voided alongside account closures citing an unexplained terms breach, with only part of the money returned. Complete verification early and avoid holding a large redeemable balance.

Why did Yayz ban my account after I requested a redemption?

It is the most common Yayz complaint we receive. Unconnected players in different states have described the same sequence: a redemption is requested, the account is closed within about a day citing a terms clause that is never identified, and only part of any purchase is refunded. Yayz has not responded to SweepsGuard on 2 of these cases, so we cannot tell you what term is being invoked. Keep your own record of purchases, redemption requests and support messages, and file a complaint if it happens to you.

Does Yayz respond to complaints?

It has, but not lately. Yayz engaged with SweepsGuard on our earliest cases, including reversing a withheld $700 payout after mediation. Since July 2026 it has not replied to a SweepsGuard complaint at all — no acknowledgment, no holding note — across 2 separate cases raised by different players.
