WinSpree Review & Grade Report

Grade: C

Is WinSpree legit?

WinSpree is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but its record is mixed. SweepsGuard grades it C based on player complaints, operator conduct, and redemption reliability. That grade is our independent assessment, not a guarantee — read the site's own sweepstakes rules and check its complaint history before you deposit.

Overview

WinSpree runs on the same white-label platform as Fortune Purple. The layout, the legal templates and the mail-in vendor are close to identical, though the two sites name different operating companies. WinSpree's footer names DeepPulse Games LLC of Alhambra, California, and its sweepstakes rules date from April 2026. New accounts get 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins at signup, plus 0.2 SC for finishing a short tutorial. A one-time starter pack gives 200,000 GC and 9.99 SC for $4.99. Redemptions unlock at 50 SC, with 1 SC worth $1, and prizes go back to the card or wallet you bought coins with. Extra ID checks kick in above $2,000. Sweeps Coins expire after 60 days without a login. The site is closed to 17 states, including California, New York, Michigan and Washington, and Oklahoma joins the list on November 1, 2026. Games come from JILI, PG, Fugaso, Popiplay and several smaller studios.

Player Reception

Early, but good so far. Our own test redemption landed on a debit card instantly, and players in our Discord report the same fast debit card payouts. The Trustpilot profile has no reviews yet, we found no Reddit threads about WinSpree, and no complaints have reached SweepsGuard.

Current Highlights

  • Redemptions to a debit card have been paying out instantly, both in our own test and for players in our Discord.
  • All six legal documents load without an account. Where they contradict each other is covered below.
  • The club page lists 12 tiers that pay back 2% to 6% of net losses in coins.

Areas to Watch

  • The live legal documents still contain drafting notes. The Sweeps Policy lists the daily redemption cap as "[$10,000.00 - CONFIRM (letter Item 18)]", and the Terms give the arbitration opt-out address as "[ARBITRATION OPT-OUT EMAIL --- PENDING CLIENT (letter Item 13)]". The opt-out right exists, but the address for using it was never filled in.
  • The documents disagree on numbers that matter. The Terms cap daily redemptions at $5,000, while the Sweeps Policy says $10,000 pending confirmation. The Sweeps Policy also sets the redemption minimum at 100 SC, but the redeem screen asks for 50.
  • Two different mail-in procedures are published. The Sweepstakes Rules page needs no request code and a short handwritten statement. The Sweeps Policy needs a 14-digit request code, a dated card and a longer declaration. Follow the wrong one and the entry could be voided.
  • Some games don't load. In our testing both blackjack games and the Playson titles wouldn't open, while the other games we tried ran fine. We have asked the operator whether it's a known issue and when it will be fixed.
  • A mail-in card pays 2 SC, which is low for the effort.
  • The homepage "Jackpot Winner" feed shows the same names and amounts every time the page loads, so we would not read it as a record of real payouts.

Track Record

The record is short but good. The rules date from April 2026 and the terms were last revised July 30, 2026. We have our own instant payout plus matching reports from Discord players, and no complaints on file. Fortune Purple, on the same platform, has a longer record with us on its own page, but WinSpree names a different company and is building its own record here.

SweepsGuard Status

WinSpree pays, and pays fast to a debit card. What holds it back is the paperwork and the product: legal documents that went live with drafting notes and conflicting numbers, two different mail-in procedures, and games that don't load. We sent the operator questions on all of it, but they never arrived. The winspree.game domain has no mail server set up, so email to support@winspree.game bounces. If you need help, use the support options inside the site, not email. Answers and cleaned-up documents would count in its favor at the next review. If you play, go by the redeem screen for the current minimum.
