WinBonanza is a Blazesoft brand run by SGSE LLC of Wilmington, Delaware, the same company named on American Luck and Reel Zappy. It has been on our list since March 2026. Sweeps Coins redeem at 100 SC to $100, starting from 50 SC, with up to 9,550 SC in requests a day. Wins are capped at 10,000 SC in any 48 hours. Sweeps Coins you collect need to be played once before you can redeem them. The mail-in route pays 5 SC per envelope, one request per envelope, and needs no code. Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after your last login. The Terms and Sweeps Rules (both June 24, 2026) exclude California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington.
Reviews on Trustpilot lean positive, but the bad ones keep coming back to two things. The first is verification: documents rejected over an address mismatch, uploads that kick the player out, and players who say they've tried for weeks. The second is speed. One redemption was approved on day seven with up to five more days to go, and another player said in mid September that a redemption had been processing since August 3. A few players were told they were in a restricted state only after they had bought and played. The operator does reply to negative reviews.
We hold one complaint against WinBonanza. Case #167 closed unresolved in July 2026 after the operator declined to engage, and it's the only case on file. Reviews say most players do get paid. Blazesoft's older brands have a long record of paying, but this brand's own record so far is slower and has more friction than theirs.
