Update (July 2026): Case #167 (a player from Oregon, $50 held behind an unresolved verification) closed Unresolved — Operator Declined to Engage. WinBonanza replied to SweepsGuard but declined to discuss the account, citing its privacy policy regarding customer information, and did not address the substance of the complaint. This is the first complaint on record against WinBonanza, and the response is out of step with the early operational indicators described above. A privacy policy exists to protect the player; it is not a basis for declining to engage with the player's own chosen representative. This case is under review and the standing assessment above should be read against it.
