Yes, players have been paid. Case #168, a $1,140 debit-card redemption, closed in the player's favor after Vegawin approved and paid it. Our record here is mixed rather than bad — the payouts are real, and so are the transparency problems.
It replies quickly and then declines to engage. Vegawin's position is that it works only directly with players and not with third-party platforms. In Case #284, a $2,000 pending redemption, it declined even after we offered written authorization from the player sent from his registered account email.
Contact them yourself from the email address your account is registered under, since that is the only channel they will use. This has worked before — the player in Case #168 was paid after going direct. Keep every reply, and file with SweepsGuard as well so the outcome is recorded independently.
