Vegawin grades D on SweepsGuard. Many of its 11 published complaints have ended with the player paid, at sums up to $2,500, so the payouts are real. Not all of them have. What the grade rests on is how players get there: redemptions stall, the reason given for the stall changes from one message to the next, and in more than one case a player was told their bank had declined a transaction their bank had no record of. Vegawin also answers players directly, often the same day, while answering this desk with an autoresponder.
It is the most common thing players come to us about here, and the explanations vary. Published cases have been told the banking provider failed, that the payment was scheduled for that day, and that the transfer was stuck awaiting approval inside Vegawin. Usually the money did eventually arrive. Some cases have closed with the money still unpaid, one of them after Vegawin declined to discuss the account with anyone but the account holder. And more than once Vegawin has paid a player in full while never replying to this desk at all, which is its own kind of answer. Keep your own dated record of what you are told and by whom, because the account you get on Monday may not match the one you get on Wednesday, and that record is what moves it.
Yes, and we have recorded it more than once. In the most recent case a player with $2,500 outstanding was asked by support to remove the caution symbols from a Trustpilot review she had already left. She tried, the interface would not allow it, and her redemption was approved the following afternoon. We are not asserting the payment was conditional on the review. We are recording that she was asked while they were holding her money, which is not a position any player should be put in. If it happens to you, screenshot the request.
