Is UpUp Casino legit?
UpUp Casino is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but its record is mixed. SweepsGuard grades it C based on player complaints, operator conduct, and redemption reliability. Overview
UpUp Casino opened to US players in mid-July 2026. It runs the usual dual-currency setup, Gold Coins for social play and Sweeps Coins that redeem at US$1 each, across a large library from about thirty studios. The Sweepstakes Rules, Terms and Rewards Policy were all reissued on October 6, 2026. They name the sponsor and operator, Infinity Up Pty Ltd, but give no company address, and the Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Entry is limited to US residents aged 21 or older, with sixteen states excluded and no Canadian eligibility.
Player Reception
There's still very little to go on. The Trustpilot profile has a single review, a five-star one from September praising fast redemptions. The only community post we found is a referral post from August saying a $200 redemption was pending, with no follow-up. There's no app on either store.
Strengths
- The operator answers questions properly and fixes what it's shown. Its manager answered each of our earlier rounds of questions within a day or two, and the September rewrite delivered both changes he told us were coming.
- Bonus Sweeps Coins only need to be played through once, unless a promotion states a higher figure before you accept it. Only slots and similar games count in full, though. Table games count 10% of each bet, and Plinko, Crash, Hi Lo and Heads & Tails don't count at all, so slots are the way to clear a bonus.
- The October rewrite didn't touch coins already in accounts. Anything credited before October 6 keeps the rules it came with.
- A game library well above the norm for a new site, with Evolution, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming and Hacksaw Gaming in the lobby.
- The excluded-state list matches between the Sweepstakes Rules and the Terms, so there's no gap between who can play and who can cash out.
- Once your account is verified, the daily wheel and login streak can pay small amounts of Sweeps Coins.
Major Issues
- The free entry route is small and sits behind an account. It's an online request form you can only reach once you're signed in, it pays 1 SC per approved request, and you can send one a month. That's well below most sites' mail-in routes, and needing an account first is unusual.
- A new section called Rips sells mystery packs of real-world items, watches, sneakers and electronics, for Gold Coins, and the odds are published. Pulls can be sold back for 90% of their listed value in the coin used, and anything you keep sells itself back after 90 days. None of the legal documents mention Rips, and nothing on the page says whether an item is ever shipped.
- Table and crash-style games now have a 1.5x minimum. If a round on one of them pays back less than 1.5 times what you bet, the purchased coins in that round stay unredeemable until you play them again. Slots aren't affected.
- The Terms let the site close any account for any reason. If it does, Redeemable SC at or above the minimum is paid out, but purchased coins that haven't been played through yet are forfeited.
- No company address is published, and the Terms are governed by Curaçao law. A US player with a dispute has a company name but no address for it, and an offshore governing law.
- The minimum redemption is 100 Sweeps Coins ($100). Welcome and daily Sweeps Coins need identity verification before you can use them, and redemptions are locked until it's done.
- Redemptions can go by bank transfer, card or cryptocurrency where offered. No processing time is published, and network and conversion fees on crypto payouts come out of the amount paid.
- Winnings from any single game round are capped at 1,000 SC, and redemptions may be limited to $1,000 a day.
Track Record
Under three months open and still thin. We've had no complaints and seen no player-confirmed redemptions, only the one pending report from August. The operator has been easy to deal with, answering what we've sent and delivering the changes it said were coming.
SweepsGuard Status
The October rewrite is mostly bookkeeping. It splits free coins from purchased ones and spells out how each kind clears. What keeps the site in the middle is unchanged: a free route that's small and needs an account, no published address, an offshore governing law, and no payout history yet. Rips adds a product with no written rules behind it. We're asking the operator about it. Anyone playing here should keep balances modest, clear bonus coins on slots, plan around the $100 minimum, and keep records of every redemption and support contact.
