The Win Zone has closed. Gameplay ended on September 24, 2026, but you can still redeem Sweeps Coins until October 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (2:59 AM ET on October 24). After that, any Sweeps Coins left in an account expire under the closing rules. The operator made remaining Sweeps Coins fully redeemable when play stopped and dropped the redemption minimum to 1 SC, so even a small balance can come out. The site launched in June 2025 and was run by playSWEEPS LLC, a Delaware subsidiary of PlayStudios, the publicly traded company behind MyVEGAS Slots and POP! Slots. PlayStudios reported the decision to end The Win Zone in a September 2026 SEC filing. The site never got past its phased rollout, so it was only ever open in a small group of states.
Trustpilot sentiment stayed strong right up to the closure, and fast debit card payouts were the thing players mentioned most. The complaints that did come in were about loading problems, purchase errors during the beta and slow support replies, rather than about getting paid.
No player ever brought us a complaint about The Win Zone, and the public record points to fast card redemptions. A publicly traded parent sits behind the payout obligation. Whether the final redemptions all land is the open question, and we'll check it after the window closes.
