1 published complaint: 1 unresolved (1 no response).
Tang Luck is a real dual-currency sweepstakes casino run by SpinShift Limited, a Hong Kong registered company, and some players are paid. It grades D on SweepsGuard because of a weak review record concentrated at the cashout stage and because of what the 1 published complaint here shows: money taken from a card that never turned into credits, and an operator that stopped answering when asked to explain it.
Some players report large payouts and others report redemptions rejected, shorted or left unpaid, so the picture is uneven rather than uniformly bad. What we can say from our own casework is narrower and more specific: when a dispute was raised, Tang Luck gave a reason its own balance screen contradicted, and then did not reply to us at all. Keep redemption amounts modest until that changes.
Screenshot the charge and the account balance the same day, before anything else changes. That pairing is the whole case: in the complaint we published, a $500.00 Apple Pay charge left the card, no credits arrived, and the balance read $3.78, which was the operator's own figure. Tang Luck still refused a refund on the grounds the credits had been spent. Put the contradiction to them in writing and keep the reply. File a complaint so it is on the record, and see sweepsguard.com/casino-wont-pay for the escalation steps in the order we recommend, including where a card dispute sits and why we put it last.
It did not respond to us. SweepsGuard wrote to the support address Tang Luck publishes on its own site on August 17, 2026. The email was delivered, no failure notice came back, and nothing was received before the response window closed on August 24. Players describe the same thing from their side, with support going quiet once a payout dispute is raised, so the silence we saw is not unusual for this operator.
