SweepCoins has now been checked from inside a signed-in account, and the finding that has kept it under review since July is no longer in any doubt. The domain still carries the title "The Original Sweepstakes Casino", registration is open, and an account holds a wallet balance. What it does not have, at all, is paperwork. No terms of use, no sweepstakes rules, no privacy policy, no responsible gaming page and no operator name appear anywhere on the site, logged out or logged in. The lobby advertises game categories including live dealer, TV games, virtual games and esports, alongside win leaderboards that display no results. A twelve-language selector covering Russian, Hebrew, Arabic, Turkish and Korean, and a generic "igaming experience" cookie notice, still read as an international white-label platform skinned for a US audience rather than a US sweepstakes operation. Because the site discloses no state restrictions of its own, we list the standard sweeps exclusions as a placeholder.

Player Reception

There is no player footprint at all. The brand has a Trustpilot profile, claimed by the operator, carrying no reviews whatsoever, which we confirmed against two comparison brands checked the same way in the same pass. A search of the sweepstakes and gambling communities turned up nothing about the brand or its domain, with a control search run in the same batch returning results normally, so the silence is real rather than a failed search. Nothing the platform claims can be corroborated or contradicted by anyone who has used it.

That is the signature of a site with no such pages, not a site that keeps them behind a login. None of them contains the phrase "sweepstakes rules", "no purchase necessary" or "alternate method of entry".
• The site takes sign-ups with no published contractual basis for play. Nothing sets out how prizes are awarded, what a redemption minimum is, how long payment takes, or what conduct can cost a player their balance. A player has no document to point at if something goes wrong.

It is worth being precise about what that means here: the absence of complaints is not evidence that the site pays, because there is no published process to pay under and nobody has reported trying.

We are rating SweepCoins now rather than leaving it under review, because the thing we were waiting for has been answered. For six weeks the honest position was that the rules might exist behind a login and we could not tell from outside. We can tell now, and they do not exist. A site that calls itself a sweepstakes casino, accepts registrations and holds a balance, while publishing no rules, no terms, no privacy policy and no company name, has not met the minimum standard this category runs on. Do not fund an account here. Without published rules there is nothing obliging the site to pay you, no stated redemption minimum or process, and no named company to hold to any of it. This is a disclosure failure rather than a proven payout failure, and the distinction matters, but it is the operator's to fix. Publish the documents and name the company and we will look again.
