Storm has answered some cases and not others. In October 2026 a player's account was disabled in the middle of a redemption with about $900 in it, and Storm restored it the evening we wrote. Another player won $711 and had his account closed over a terms breach Storm never explained, and Storm did not reply to us on that one.
