The notice states that all player accounts, balances, and pending redemption requests have been recorded and preserved, and that players with pending requests do not need to take any action — their request and account records are on file. It describes an orderly wind-down and directs players with questions, or who want a copy of their account records, to playershutdown@themoneyfactory.com.
Note the address. Spinzta's own closure notice routes players to a The Money Factory inbox, and The Money Factory posted a word-for-word identical notice on the same date. The two brands share an operator on our records, and this confirms it: they were shut down together as one wind-down.
If you were holding a balance: the notice says you need not act, but do not rely on that alone. Email the shutdown address, ask in writing for confirmation of your balance and the status of any pending redemption, and keep the reply. If you get no response, or a redemption you had pending is never paid, file a report with us — a closed platform with preserved records is exactly the situation where a documented case matters later.
