If you were holding a balance: the notice says you need not act, but do not rely on that alone. Email the shutdown address, ask in writing for confirmation of your balance and the status of any pending redemption, and keep the reply. If you get no response, or a redemption you had pending is never paid, file a report with us — a closed platform with preserved records is exactly the situation where a documented case matters later.
