Is SpinVault legit?

SpinVault is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but SweepsGuard has not finished grading it yet. We are still gathering player complaints and redemption evidence, so treat it cautiously and keep balances small until a grade is published.

Overview

SpinVault presents a complete and competently built sweepstakes front end, with one thing conspicuously missing from all of it: any indication of who runs it. No company name, registration number or address appears in the terms of service, the privacy policy, the official rules, the support page or the footer. The rules refer throughout to "the Sponsor" without ever naming one. The currency model is otherwise conventional, with SpinCoins as the purchasable play currency and Sweeps Cash as the redeemable one at one dollar per unit, carrying a single playthrough before redemption. Two things depart from category norms: play is restricted to 21 and over rather than the usual 18, and eligibility is published as an allowlist of twenty-four states rather than the more common list of exclusions. The game menu includes a Fire Kirin category, a title family more often associated with storefront fish-table operations than with sweepstakes lobbies.

Player Reception

Nothing has been published about SpinVault by anyone. It has no Trustpilot profile. Searches across eleven sweepstakes and gambling subreddits, on both the brand name and the domain, returned nothing, while control queries for established brands returned full result pages in the same batch. No player account of this site exists that we can find, positive or negative.

Current Highlights

• The published rules are unusually complete on paper, covering eligibility, free entry, odds, winner selection, redemption and tax reporting.
• The operator states a free daily online claim alongside the postal route, and says free credits carry identical play, odds, playthrough and redemption terms to purchased ones.
• The stated eligibility list is conservative, excluding twenty-six states.
• Responsible-play tools including purchase limits, session reminders and self-exclusion are described.

Areas to Watch

• No operating company is identified anywhere on the site. There is no legal entity, registration number or business address in any of the five legal documents, on the support page, or in the footer. A player with a dispute has no named counterparty.
• Account registration could not be completed. Repeated attempts return an error, which means the cashier, the package pricing, the redemption minimum and the redemption methods are all unverifiable, since each sits behind a login.
• The postal free-entry route cannot be followed as written. The official rules direct mail-in requests to the Sponsor's mailing address published on the support page, and no mailing address appears on that page or anywhere else on the site.
• The site describes its game outcomes as provably fair and governed by certified game math, but names no testing laboratory or certifying body.
• The minimum age is stated as 21, higher than the 18 that applies at most sweepstakes casinos, which will exclude some eligible players who expect the usual threshold.

Track Record

There is none, and in this case the absence extends further than usual. Not only has no redemption been reported, we were unable to create an account at all, so nothing about the purchase or payout experience has been observed first hand. The rules carry August 2026 revision dates, consistent with a site that launched very recently.

SweepsGuard Status

SpinVault is under review. We list it because players are encountering it and deserve a record of what can and cannot be established, not because we can currently vouch for anything. Two things need to change before a formal assessment is possible: the operator needs to be identifiable, and account registration needs to work well enough for the cashier and redemption terms to be examined. Until then, we would encourage players to treat an unnamed operator as the material fact about this site.
