Grade: D
Spintime markets itself as a "100% free, play-for-fun" social platform, but underneath the arcade framing it runs a sweepstakes model in which Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for cash prizes. It is owned and operated by CGS Group, LLC, a South Carolina company based in Columbia, and shares the legal and privacy framework of the UTech Solutions family of sweeps sites — UTech Solutions LLC is named as the data controller in Spintime's own California privacy notice. What sets Spintime apart from most sweeps casinos is how few players can actually use it: instead of excluding a short list of states, its terms flip the model and permit play from just 13 states.
Independent feedback is almost nonexistent. Spintime has no meaningful Trustpilot footprint, and the handful of third-party writeups that exist flag a rough start — at least one reviewer reported that customer support went unanswered during testing and that the advertised live chat was not actually available. With the site only weeks old, there is no body of redemption reports to confirm whether cashouts are paid reliably or on time.
There is essentially nothing to evaluate yet. Spintime's terms were last revised in mid-June 2026 and the site appears to have launched only weeks ago, with no redemption reports, no Trustpilot history, and no complaint record — for better or worse. Its lineage within the UTech/CGS orbit is the main data point available, and that group's results have been uneven. We'll revisit once real payout evidence exists.
For now, Spintime is not a site we're comfortable recommending. It is brand new and unproven, playable in only a small number of states, carries a high redemption minimum and some player-unfriendly account terms, and has already drawn early support complaints. None of that makes it a confirmed bad actor — it simply hasn't earned trust. Players in the handful of eligible states who want to try it should keep balances low, avoid large coin purchases, verify their account and test a small redemption early, and document every interaction. We'll reassess as the site builds a payout record.
