We grade Spinly D. The site launched in mid-2026 and has spent long stretches behind a maintenance gate, and it carries no responsible-gaming policy. The bigger problem is that the only support address it publishes cannot receive email at all, because the domain has no mail exchanger configured. 1 complaint is on file and it closed unresolved for exactly that reason, without the operator ever seeing it.
There is no verified payout history either way, and the advertised minimum redemption is $100. A player reported a small bank redemption that produced no payment, no email reply and nobody on live chat for three days.
