We cannot confirm that it does at any size. On the September 2026 case with us, Spinergy reversed a player's redemptions back to her balance and gave her three different reasons in chat, none with a transaction record. We have not verified a completed large redemption from any player.
Not to us so far. On the September 2026 case we emailed Spinergy with the player's evidence throughout the response window and got no reply. Our July questions about its registration and rules also went unanswered.
Ask support in writing which credit they say was wrong, with the date, amount and transaction ID, and which published rule they are applying.
