Spindoo is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but its record is poor enough that we would not call it a safe pick. Spindoo launched in October 2025 and is run by PMSG Media Limited, registered in the Isle of Man (021912V) with an office in Douglas. It's a browser-only slots site with a big library, open to players 21 and over. The Terms of Service (version 1.4, October 5, 2026) exclude Alabama, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Washington and West Virginia. The Sweeps Rules (version 1.3, April 29, 2026) only open once you're signed in. They set the cash minimum at 75 SC and the gift card minimum at 10 SC. A handwritten mail-in request pays 4 SC, and the request code has to reach the P.O. box within 25 days of when you generated it.
Trustpilot reviews are mostly positive, but the one-star reviews keep telling the same story: an account locked or closed out of nowhere, with no reason given. Since July at least six players have described it, one of them this week. One was blocked the day after buying three packages and only got two refunded. One was closed with a redemption still pending. One says it happened right after a win. Others were locked out and waited days, or in one case two weeks, without a real answer. Verification friction comes up too: a $100 redemption sent back three times for more documents, and a bank statement uploaded four times. On the other side, players do report getting paid, including a $10,000 jackpot after a hard verification.
Spindoo turned one this month. No complaints have been filed with us, and players do get paid. The trouble is what can happen before the money moves: documents requested again and again, and accounts closed with nothing to challenge. Any balance you leave on the site is at risk.
Be careful here. Don't keep more on Spindoo than you're willing to lose, and redeem as soon as you reach the 75 SC minimum. Finish verification early and keep copies of everything you send. If your account is closed with money in it, send us the dates and what support told you and we'll take it up with PMSG Media.
