The Sweeps Rules exclude Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota and Washington D.C., but the site's location block turns away visitors from more places than that list names, so check the state list on this page before signing up. The platform is browser-based with no dedicated mobile app.
SpinSaga holds an excellent Trustpilot rating, with the large majority of reviewers awarding five stars. Most of that feedback is positive, praising the game selection, the interface, small redemptions that land quickly and the live chat agents. The negative side centers on redemption delays, with some players describing waits of several days for gift card payouts, and a smaller number of reviewers allege accounts were suspended after large wins. The operator replies to a minority of negative reviews, often with generic responses.
SpinSaga has been operating since December 2024. The operator has a minimal public footprint and no verifiable business history beyond this brand. Players generally report successful redemptions, though processing times vary. SweepsGuard has one complaint on file, filed in August 2026 over a roughly $30 redemption; the player withdrew it before a ruling, so it is not published and does not count against the site. We wrote to the operator about that case and received no reply, and an earlier introduction also went unanswered.
The main reason for this grade is the crypto redirect. A sweepstakes site that turns a player away on eligibility grounds should stop there. Sending that player on to a real-money crypto casino, one whose own terms exclude U.S. residents, puts the player in a position where any deposit and any winnings are at risk, and it is the opposite of what a location block is for. Alongside that, the published eligibility list does not match the block, the operator has not answered either message we have sent, and redemption timing is inconsistent. The game experience and day-to-day support get good marks from players, and those still count. We will revisit the grade if the redirect is removed and the published state list is brought into line with the block. Until then, players outside the listed exclusions should confirm the site works from their location before buying anything, and nobody should deposit on the crypto casino.
