SpinBlitz Complaints

1 published complaint: 1 unresolved (1 operator declined to engage).

Does SpinBlitz respond to complaints?

It replies, but it has not disclosed anything. On Case #159 SpinBlitz answered mediation by demanding a signed authorization to represent the player. SweepsGuard agreed to provide one and asked the operator to name the exact form it needed. SpinBlitz never answered that question, and the case closed with the operator having disclosed nothing about the account. The same authorization template has appeared on sibling brands in the same group.

Why was my SpinBlitz account banned after a win?

SweepsGuard cannot answer that for any individual account, because SpinBlitz has declined to explain its reasoning to us. The player in Case #159 reported that $800 in redemptions was cancelled and his accounts across the group were blocked and permanently banned the morning after he won, with no reason given. If the same has happened to you, the operator is required to point to the specific term it says you breached — ask for it in writing.

What should I do if SpinBlitz will not pay my redemption?

Document everything first — the redemption request, the date, the amount, and every support message. Make one clear written request to support and keep the reply. If it stalls, you can file a free complaint with SweepsGuard and we will put it to the operator on your behalf and publish what happens either way. We put a card dispute last, not first, because it usually triggers account closure and forfeiture of anything still in the balance.
