In our published case we verified the payment ourselves on the public Solana ledger, and we withdrew an earlier finding that had said otherwise once the operator supplied the full transaction reference. Soprize answers mediation quickly and volunteers on-chain detail without being pushed, which is better than most operators in this category manage.
Soprize settles Solana payouts in native SOL. Many custodial apps, including Cash App, accept only dollar-denominated coins on the Solana network. When those two things meet, the payment completes on-chain and the receiving service will not credit it — the money is visible at the address but the player cannot move it, because the custodian holds the key.
Before you redeem, check which exact asset your receiving wallet accepts on that network — not just the network name. A Solana address that only credits dollar-denominated coins will not accept native SOL, and once a transfer is finalized on-chain nobody can reverse it, including the operator. Where possible, use a wallet you hold the keys to, or test with a small redemption first.
