In the first complaint we published, SlotHub held $2,500 in redemptions after the player verified twice and would not discuss the account with us, then paid the full $2,500 a few days later.
Players have reported uploading documents through Shufti, getting a success confirmation, and then being told nothing arrived. Screenshot every Shufti confirmation, keep the request pending rather than canceling it, and file a complaint with us if it stays stuck.
