Overview

Scratchee is a scratch-card site run by DGR Media LLC. Its master rules, last updated March 4, 2026, give the sponsor's address as 2945 Townsgate Rd, Suite 200, Westlake Village, California. It launched in December 2023 and has no slots, table games or live dealer. What you buy is an Access Pack for the Scratchee Savings Hub, a discount club, priced from $10 to $100, and each pack comes with bonus Scratchee Cards. The rules say the cards cannot be bought on their own. Prizes are in dollars, and the homepage shows the prize pool and the odds for every game. The site reports more than $11 million in prizes paid. The rules set a $20 minimum redemption and exclude Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York and Washington.

Player Reception

Reviews are mostly positive. Plenty of players describe payouts of a few hundred dollars landing fast, and the operator replies to nearly every negative review. The recent one-star reviews go beyond bonus confusion, though. Since August 2026 they include two accounts closed after sharing one phone for verification with $190 held back, a $300 win the player says could not be cashed out, and complaints about a $100 minimum for bank payouts. The operator's own replies confirm that last point: under $100 pays out as an e-gift card only. That is not a pattern of unpaid wins yet.
