We have also corrected our own record: earlier versions of this report described Rolling Riches as a standalone brand owned by a British Virgin Islands entity. The site's Terms and Conditions name Mixxxed Bag LLC as owner and operator, and that is what we now reflect.
Update (Jul 23, 2026) — downgraded B → C. With Case #165 closed unresolved (the operator sent only an automated reply and missed the mediation window) and Case #177 still open, the redemption-delay pattern we flagged from Trustpilot is now reaching us directly, paired with poor operator engagement. Grade lowered to C accordingly.
Update (Aug 13, 2026). Case #230 — a $97.50 balance stranded by an account deactivation — closed unresolved. This one is worth stating precisely, because it differs from the two before it: Rolling Riches did open a ticket and an agent did reply the same day, but the reply consisted of a single character and contained no information. Nothing further arrived before the window closed. That is three consecutive cases in which no substantive answer has reached us, and the pattern is now the operator's dispute handling rather than any one incident. The gaming experience and the support team's day-to-day responsiveness are not in question here; the ability to get a straight answer when money is stuck is.
