Rolling Lagoon Review & Grade Report

Grade: Under Review

Is Rolling Lagoon legit?

Rolling Lagoon is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but SweepsGuard has not finished grading it yet. We are still gathering player complaints and redemption evidence, so treat it cautiously and keep balances small until a grade is published.

Overview

Rolling Lagoon is a small sweepstakes casino run by Konnected Consulting LLC of Plantation, Florida, with a lobby of slots branded as Rolling Lagoon Originals. Its Terms describe the usual setup: Gold Coins for play, and Sweeps Coins that can be redeemed for gift cards or cash after they have been played through once. Cash redemptions go back to the payment method used to buy coins, and the operator may cap redemptions at $5,000 a day. Players must be 18 or older and outside 11 excluded states. What the site does not publish is the Sweeps Rules document its own Terms rely on, so the free mail-in entry, the redemption minimum and the full eligibility rules are all missing.

Player Reception

There is no independent record yet. Rolling Lagoon has no Trustpilot page, we found no Reddit discussion of it, and there are no payout or complaint reports to go on.

Current Highlights

  • On paper, Sweeps Coins only need to be played through once before they can be redeemed.

Areas to Watch

  • The Sweeps Rules are not published. The link in the footer is switched off, and the Terms point to those rules for eligibility and the free mail-in entry, so players cannot read how the free entry works or confirm the redemption minimum.
  • The published support address does not work. Mail sent to support@rollinglagoon.com is rejected, while the info@ address the site sends its own email from does accept mail.
  • Account approval was unclear on our test account. It received an email saying the account was verified, but the site kept showing approval as pending, blocked purchases, asked for verification again on the Redeem page, and never showed a referral link.
  • The excluded-state list is short. The Terms leave out several states where sweepstakes casinos are restricted, including Tennessee, West Virginia and Oklahoma, where a new law takes effect November 1. We have asked the operator whether that is intentional.

Track Record

The site's Privacy Policy is dated March 2025, but we found no payout history or player reports yet.

SweepsGuard Status

Rolling Lagoon is under review. Before we grade it, we want to see the Sweeps Rules published, get answers from the operator on the questions above, and see the first independent reports of players getting paid.
