Grade: D
RedTails VIP Lounge is a real, operating sweepstakes casino, but its record is poor enough that we would not call it a safe pick. SweepsGuard grades it D based on player complaints, operator conduct, and redemption reliability. That grade is our independent assessment, not a guarantee — read the site's own sweepstakes rules and check its complaint history before you deposit.
We have not been able to get into RedTails VIP Lounge, and neither, as far as we can tell, can the public. We completed a full registration on September 1, 2026, including the emailed verification code, and instead of an account the site returned a page headed "Request access to Red Tails VIP", asking us to request approval or switch to an account that is already authorized. The platform it is built on offers exactly this setting for private applications. We asked the operator about it on September 1 and again on September 7 and have had no reply. We could not re-test the wall for this update because our own testing location is now inside one of the states RedTails excludes, so we cannot tell you whether it is still up, only that it was up and that nobody has told us otherwise. Everything below describes the product as its own documents describe it, because no part of it can currently be reached to check.
Strip away the branding and RedTails VIP Lounge is the same machine as KickBack Spins. Both run under a software license from Taskitt Ltd, a Cyprus corporation registered as HE 489094 and currently in good standing on the Cyprus register, and their published rules line up almost clause for clause, down to a matching 26-state exclusion list, the same 5 Sweeps Coin mail-in and the same 100 Sweeps Coin redemption floor. That exclusion list is well beyond the ten to fifteen most sweepstakes sites block, which is caution rather than a fault, but it puts a large share of the country out of reach. Both domains resolve to the same server. The US-facing sponsor of record is MC Data Solutions LLC of Sunnyvale, Texas, which we tried and failed to confirm on the Texas register, a limitation of our own search rather than a finding about the company. The product is a conventional dual-currency setup, Gold Coins for standard play and Sweeps Coins for the promotional sweepstakes, with a small lobby of slots, fish games and Plinko-style originals, no sportsbook, and an unusually high 21-and-over age floor.
There is still nothing to read. RedTails has no Trustpilot presence, no listing on either app store, and a search across the sweepstakes and gambling communities turns up no discussion of the brand in either direction, checked against known-active brands in the same pass so we know the search was working. No payout reports, no complaints, no threads asking whether it pays. On a site this new that silence would normally be neutral. What makes it different here is that there is no route by which a payout report could appear: the product cannot be opened, so nobody is playing, so nobody has anything to report.
Still none of its own, and the sibling's record needs a correction we should make plainly. We previously wrote that the operator's other brand had not built a payout record either. Money has in fact come back to a player on that platform: a $660 dispute we were handling against KickBack Spins ended with the player withdrawing her complaint because she had been refunded in full. The detail matters, though. She was refunded after tracking down the site's owner through business records herself. We had written to KickBack Spins about her case and never received a reply. So the shared platform can return money, and on the one occasion it did, it did so around the operator's own support channel rather than through it, which is the same channel that has now ignored three of our messages about RedTails.
RedTails VIP Lounge has been graded, and we should be clear about what the grade is and is not saying. We are not saying the operator has taken anyone's money or refused a payout. Nobody has reported either, and we have removed our referral link because we are not willing to send anyone to a sign-up that does not produce an account.
The grade reflects that a member of the public cannot open this product, that the operator has not answered a single one of three delivered emails asking why, and that the only recourse its own rules offer runs through arbitration in Cyprus at the player's expense. The paperwork has real merits, a 1x playthrough and a 5 Sweeps Coin mail-in among them, and the geo-blocking holds where money is involved. But merits in a document a player cannot act on are not worth much, and an operator that does not respond to a review site asking a straightforward question is unlikely to respond faster to a player with a withheld balance.
