5 published complaints: 5 unresolved (5 no response).
Punt is a Gold Coin Group LLC sweepstakes casino with a real platform and AMOE program, but it grades D on SweepsGuard: all 5 complaints on record ended unresolved because the operator did not respond to mediation.
Payout disputes on record — verification limbo, unexplained bans, an account locked right after purchase, and unpaid mail-in entries — all closed unresolved without operator engagement. Document AMOE entries and redemptions carefully.
