PICKEM launched in September 2025 and is run by Joyloop, Inc., a Delaware company at 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, DE 19901. It pairs a sweepstakes social casino with a pick'em style sports app, so players can move between slots and sports prediction contests on one account. It runs on the usual two coins: Gold Coins for free play and Sweeps Coins that can be redeemed for cash prizes. You can play on the desktop site or in the iOS and Android app.
The game library is big and still growing. PICKEM lists 21 studios in its lobby, including NetEnt, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Playson, BGaming, BetSoft, 3 Oaks Gaming, Novomatic, AvatarUX, Mancala and Iconic21, plus its own PICKEM Originals arcade games. NetEnt is the newest arrival and brings well-known titles like Starburst, Gonzo's Quest and Divine Fortune.
Sweeps Coins carry a 1x playthrough. Redemptions start at 100 SC and are capped at 2,500 SC per request, with only one pending redemption allowed at a time and a monthly limit of 15,000 SC (5,000 SC in Florida). Prizes go out by debit card, Skrill or bank transfer. No purchase is needed to play, and the mail-in entry pays 2 SC per request.
PICKEM's Trustpilot rating is strong and most reviews are five stars. Players praise the game selection, the originals and the app, and some report quick cashouts. The operator has claimed its profile and now replies to nearly every new review.
The negative reviews are mostly about redemptions, and they are still coming in. Players describe redemptions sitting in pending for days, weeks or months. In September 2026, reviewers said a $100 redemption had been pending since July 4, another had been stuck since February, and a 400 SC win from earlier that week was still pending. Because only one redemption can be pending at a time, a stuck request also blocks the player from cashing out anything else. A few older reviews also say mail-in entries were not credited.
PICKEM's sports picks app came out in April 2024 and the social casino followed in September 2025. It is Joyloop's first sweepstakes product. In its first year the site has grown its game library fast and started engaging with players on Trustpilot. Payout speed has not kept up. The same redemption complaints that showed up in its first months are still coming in.
SweepsGuard has not received a formal complaint about PICKEM. The product is good and getting better, and the operator now talks to its players in public. What holds the grade back is redemptions.
