The library is substantial at more than 1,450 titles from over twenty studios including BGaming, Betsoft, Booming Games, Evoplay, Slotmill and Spinomenal, weighted toward slots, jackpots and fish tables. It runs a dual-currency model using Gold Coins and Super Coins, is available in about 35 states, and is one of the few sites here with real mobile apps on both iOS and Android. Support covers live chat, email and a phone line for payment queries. Super Coins carry a single playthrough. The site lists push-to-card, PayPal, ACH and gift-card redemptions with a 100 Super Coin cash minimum and gift cards from $25, though we have not been able to confirm which of those are actually offered on this brand rather than on its siblings, which run different configurations.
Trustpilot has withdrawn NoLimitCoins' rating. Anyone opening the NoLimitCoins profile now finds a notice where the score used to be, saying Trustpilot pulled it for breaching its guidelines and filing it under the category it uses for fake reviews. We have removed the score we previously held on file, because it is no longer a figure the public can see.
That finding lands on top of something our own earlier review had already documented: this site displays a Trustpilot rating in its website footer that is higher than the score its profile actually carried. Those two things corroborate each other, and together they are the reason the grade has moved. We are still reporting Trustpilot's finding rather than adopting it, since we cannot see how it was reached. But a site that was already showing players an inflated version of its rating has less benefit of the doubt available to it than one that was not.
What players actually wrote, before the rating was pulled, split cleanly. Those playing with purchased coins generally described smooth redemptions, good game variety and easy verification. The negative reviews are overwhelmingly about one thing, and it is the same thing in almost every case.
Five years in and the operational side works. Purchased-coin play is paid, the apps are real, support is reachable by more routes than most. No complaint has ever reached us about this site, and that is worth saying plainly.
The problem is not what happens when a player is paid. It is what happens before that: a promotional balance that is displayed at full value and redeemed at $25, and a rating displayed at a value the platform did not give it. Both involve showing a player a number that is not the operative one, and the pattern across the operator's brands is the same.
This is not a site we would point a player to, and the reason is disclosure rather than payment. It does pay, and if you buy coins and play them you will most likely have a normal experience. If you play promotional or free coins and build a balance, expect $25 regardless of what the screen says, because that is the rule and it will not be shown to you at the point it matters.
Treat the free-play side as entertainment with a $25 ceiling rather than as a route to a real prize. Read rule 5.7 before you spend time on a promotional balance. Do not judge this site by the rating in its footer. And if a redemption is cut without explanation, bring it to us, because nobody has yet and we would like the record to reflect our own evidence rather than other people's.
